Job Description * Record and manage calls received via online, Phone, email. * Follow up for residence pending cases including day to day complaints follow up. * Ensuring that all paperwork, reports, logs and work related documents are completed and filed accordingly and further forwarded to concern department on day to basis. * Updating the feedback without fail in software on day to day basis. * Follow up calls to customers & technical team / Project team. * Raise, Track and Close Work Orders. * Fully indexed data for fast searching. * Scheduled, coordinated, directed and performed routine and comprehensive inside and grounds maintenance and repairs. * Vendor Management, Stock Management of Housekeeping Materials. * Assist to FM in all administrative functions, security issues and Facility services and any other administrative functions. * Communicate to the FM all incidents issues and pending problems. * Event Management, Exhibitions, Sports activities, festivals event manage for customer/residence.
